Realistic detailed quotes

We hired Stable Group [formerly Auckland Building Specialists] when we met them at the North Shore Home Show. After speaking with 3 different building companies, we felt that Stable Group gave us the most realistic quote. Sure others were cheaper but we felt they weren’t realistic. We appreciated the time they spent at the follow up visit listening to our concerns, answering all of our questions and detailing the quote.

We were really happy with the results and the builders were great to work with. They took pride in their work and when challenges arose they had good problem solving ideas. We felt that the project managers involved us in every decision relating to the project and the budget.  

While the builders and project managers were very helpful, we did experience some communication delays and frustrations from some of the subcontractors we used.

However, we have thoroughly enjoyed seeing our vision translate into a reality that we’re truly happy with. The finished results have exceeded our expectations.
