His love for new home builds and renovations fueled his passion to create his own project planning consulting business. Managing the operation of the business and building projects, Andrew is committed to quality workmanship, excellent communication and projects that are delivered on time and within budget.

Stable Group was established due to a gap in the market for trusted preliminary building services. This means all of the services that take place before building begins: concept design plans, costing estimates, tender agreements and consent applications.
People were signing agreements only to find out that their finished build wasn’t what they wanted. Or that they couldn’t finish their build because what they wanted was way out of their budget.
What they needed was trusted building experts to guide them through the preliminary process and to take care of all of the paper work involved.

Andrew Grigg - director, employer, husband, father - was a man with a dream to challenge the status quo.
With over 25 years of building experience under his belt, Andrew’s love for new home builds and renovations fueled his passion to create his own residential project planning and management business.
He found a gap in the market for qualified, experienced and skilled builders to advise clients during the pre-build stages of a project to ensure satisfactory completion.
