Quantity Surveyor Consultation
During your consultation with the QS, you’ll discuss your concept plans in detail. The QS will then generate a detailed costing estimate for your proposed project, including council fees, labour, building materials and more.

Post-Consultation Flexibility and Support
We recognise that project plans can change, which is why we offer flexibility in our costing estimate process.
After receiving your detailed costing estimate, you may choose to modify the scope of work and make some changes. Simply rebook the Costing Estimate Process (for an additional fee) for updated estimates and guidance. We are here to provide continuous support and ensure your project evolves smoothly.
Once you’ve received your Costing Estimates and ready to move on with your finalised plans, the next step is applying for building consent through our Consent Application Service.
